Since its inception in 1992 HOPE had been functioning from CCDB Central office in Dhaka with inadequate facilities. From now on it will function from newly built training complex at Baroipara, Savar, about 40 km from Dhaka. The centre has been built in a semi-rural setting retaining the natural beauty and characteristics of the landscape dotted with mounds and depressions. The center covering an area of 7.5 acres has been constructed using a cost-effective environment-friendly technology that avoids burnt bricks.
